CARME BATOON (May 2010)
Starting life in a foreign land is not an easy decision just like what Peter felt when Jesus commanded him to walk on water. Heeding his calling to work and live in another country, the Lord is truly faithful to His promises. He has continued to provide for me, guide and protect me. And He has even given me the priceless blessing of meeting and having new friends who shares the same faith that I have. My relationship with the Lord is not perfect but the Lord continues to use these sisters and brothers in Christ to encourage and keep me grounded in His words.
